Which EA is making money?

Run a few Expert Advisors across a few accounts, and MetaTrader cannot tell you which one is paying for the rest. IfStats can, from the one thing every EA leaves on its trades: its magic number.

Magic numbers mark an EA's trades

An EA stamps every order it places with a number of its own, its magic number, so it can recognize its trades later. Trades placed by hand carry 0. IfStats keeps the magic number of every trade, so filtering on one shows that EA's trades alone, with their own totals and equity curve.

Give each EA a name

Numbers are hard to remember. On the trades page, assign an EA to one of its trades, and every trade with that magic number takes the name, on that account or on all your accounts. New trades with the number arrive already named, so from then on you filter by the EA itself.

The same EA at different brokers

Filter by the EA, then by broker or account, and compare. The same EA can do noticeably better at one broker than at another: spreads, execution and swap all differ, and its results show it.

How far each trade went for and against you

MetaTrader's history keeps where a trade opened and closed, not how far it moved in between. The IfStats EA records that too, for the trades it watches while they are open: Pips+ is the most a trade was in profit, and Pips- the most it was against you. Across an EA's trades, they show whether its stops and targets sit in the right place.

See it on real EA trades

The demo is the trades page itself, on real trades from a few EAs. Click a magic number to filter by it and watch the totals and the equity curve follow, no sign-up needed.

Keep every MT4 trade, from today

IfStats captures each trade as it closes, on every broker account you connect, and keeps it for good. Setup takes about ten minutes, and the free plan needs no card.
