Questions
- What happens to my trades if I downgrade or cancel?
- Nothing is deleted. Your plan decides how far back you can see, not how much is kept, so upgrading again shows everything that was recorded in between.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Canceling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Does IfStats see my broker password or my card?
- Neither. The EA only reads your account history and cannot trade, and card details go straight to our payment processor.
- Can I pay another way?
- Checkout takes cards, plus other payment options that depend on your country and device. If none of them suit you, tell us how you would like to pay.
- What counts as a broker account?
- One MetaTrader login. Demo accounts count too, since each needs its own key.
