Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-10, effective 10 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of ifstats.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.

1. What IfStats does

IfStats records the closed trades from your MetaTrader accounts and lets you view, filter and analyze them in one place, including across several broker accounts at once. You install an Expert Advisor (the "EA") in your MetaTrader terminal, and it sends your closed trade history to us.

2. What the EA can and cannot do

The EA reads your account history and sends it to IfStats. That is all it does.

It cannot place, modify or close trades. It cannot withdraw or move funds. It does not ask for, receive or store your broker password or investor password, and it has no way to obtain them. We never have access to your broker account.

3. We are not a broker and this is not advice

IfStats is a record keeping and analysis tool. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser or financial institution, and nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We do not recommend trades, strategies, brokers or products.

Trading foreign exchange and other leveraged instruments carries a high risk of loss. Past results, including anything displayed on this site, do not indicate future results. Decisions you make using this site are yours alone.

4. Accuracy of your data

The trade data we show comes from your own MetaTrader terminal. We store and present it, we do not audit or verify it, and we cannot confirm that it reflects real trades on a real account. Times are recorded as your broker's server reports them.

If the EA is not running, if your terminal is closed, or if your MetaTrader history period is set to show only part of your history, some trades will not reach us. It is your responsibility to check that your accounts are reporting.

5. Your account

You need an account to use IfStats. Keep your password and your account keys private. Anything done with your credentials is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.

One person or business per account. Do not share an account, and do not create accounts to evade plan limits.

6. Plans and payment

The free plan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, by our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.

Prices can change. If a price changes, it takes effect for you at your next renewal and we will tell you before it does.

You can cancel at any time. Canceling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not generally give refunds for part of a period, but if something has gone wrong, contact us and we will deal with it fairly.

7. What happens to your trades if you stop paying

We do not delete your trade history when you downgrade or cancel. Your plan controls how far back you can see, not how much we keep. Everything we have already recorded stays recorded.

This matters because most MetaTrader brokers remove account history after a few months. If you come back, your record is still here. If you want your data actually deleted, ask us and we will delete it, and that request is permanent.

8. Public track record links

Paid plans let you publish a link showing a selected part of your trading record. A published link is public. Anyone with the address can open it without signing in, and it may be copied, shared, cached or indexed by search engines.

Only publish what you are content to make public. You can revoke a link at any time, which stops it working, but we cannot recall copies other people already made.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use IfStats to publish trading records that are not genuinely yours, to misrepresent results, to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attack, overload or probe the service. Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things.

10. Availability

We work to keep IfStats running and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, failures and problems at third parties can all interrupt it. We are not liable for trades you did or did not make because the site was unavailable.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, IfStats is provided as is, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version has a version number and an effective date, shown at the top of this page, and we keep a record of which version you accepted. If we make a significant change we will ask you to accept the new version. Continued use after a minor change means you accept it.

13. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may close an account that breaches these terms, or a free account that has been inactive for a long period, and we will give notice by email where we reasonably can.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
